Food Explorer Cooking Competition

We love to hear about Food Explorer’s helping in the kitchen at home and want to help families think up exciting dishes to try.

In each of our menu leaflets we include a tasty Food Explorer recipe for families to follow. We’ve seen Sausage Colcannon Pies and Taco Cups from 60 different families, with each family receiving a prize for carrying on the Food Adventure at home.

Complete the recipe on the back page of your menu leaflet, send a picture of the finished dish to catering@derbyshire.gov.uk with your child’s name and school and we’ll post out a prize for them to collect from school!
